AURALYS USA CORP. is one of our portfolio companies and is an early stage exercise machine design, manufacturing and distribution business. We are currently looking for $1.2 Million in investor financing. The firm will specialize in offering fitness industry providers with specialty cardiovascular and other exercise machines.

The firm:

• holds multiple design and engineering patents specifically regarding its premier cardiovascular fitness machine that is unique in the current market
• has identified, visited and been in preliminary discussions with a Taiwanese fitness equipment manufacturing operation who has evaluated the design and manufacturing requirements and also expressed interest in Asian distribution
• started preliminary discussions regarding celebrity endorsement and involvement with a prominent female fitness / modeling personality
• signed a document of interest for the purchase of the first 10 production units by a premier Fitness Center (belonging to a world recognized Hotel brand)

The initial $1.2 million of investor funding will be used for:

• 42% R&D – Expanded patents & trademarks, productization of designs, manufacturing design expenses
• 39% Overhead – Management, legal, direct sales expenses
• 15% Additional working capital and reserves
•  5% Marketing and sales materials
